Poskytuje lidem možnosti růst a rozvíjet se. Je součástí nadnárodní korporace což přináší mnoho výhod. Je to společnost řízena procesy.
Měla by se zvýšit motivovanost a zapojení zaměstnanců. Zrychlit investice do růstu společnosti.

Výplata chodí včas a v pořádku na účet. Flexibilní pracovní doba je super.
Poskytnout všem zaměstnancům 5 týdnů dovolené. Odstranit 3 min. "přesčasy". Koordinace práce.

Jsem ráda, že jsem dostala šanci nabrat zkušenosti , je to moje první zaměstnání v tomto oboru. Kolegyně jsou moc hodné a všechno mi vysvětlují.
