Možnost využít cizí jazyky a částečný profesní růst.
Personální oddělení by se mělo zamyslet nad tím jakou funkci by mělo ve firmě zastávat. A celkově vedení na to nejvyšší v Brně nad důvěryhodnosti a férovosti.
