Pokud máte zájem, je možnost dalšího sebevzdělávání (kurzy atp). Nikdy nebyl problém s vyplacením výplat, vždy nejpozději 14. na účtu. Za 9 let mi byly proplaceny VŽDY všechny přesčasy. Závodní jídelna s přispěním zaměstnavatele. Přátelský kolektiv.
Co se benefitů týče, Ekoplastik dlouho nejevil žádné velké aktivity. Poslední měsíce se ale rozběhlo několik zajímavých projektů, které by mohly být v nejbližší době dobrými benefity. Komunikace mezi vedením a řadovými zaměstnanci.

Snad jedině to, že jsem výplatu dostala vždy včas.
Potírat šikanu a chování nadřízených.

Vždy proplatili přesčasy, svozovy autobus
Zvýšit finanční ohodnocení vzhledem k množství vykonávané práce.

Opravdová spolupráce s kolegy, přátelská atmosféra a různorodost práce ...
Sžívání všech zaměstnanců s novou organizační strukturou, ale chce to čas a najít cestu, jak v ní fungovat co nejlépe ;-)
Informal work atmosphere
Respektujeme navzájem své pozice, ale chováme se k sobě rovnocenně a snažíme se o příjemnou atmosféru, dobrou spolupráci, prostředí ...
Opportunity to use foreign languages
Jsme mezinárodní korporát a určitě se u nás využije angličtina, ruština ale i kterýkoli další jiný jazyk. Spolupracujeme v různých pozicích napříč celou skupinou.
