Infosys has greatly improved over the years. While we can't expect that all our wishes will be always immediately fulfilled they aim at being fair, transparent, actively listening to employees and take criticism seriously. The local senior management has excellent integrity and it shows! Yes, working in big global companies has its disadvantages due to its robust policies regarding salary raise, but most big companies have this issue and you always get more money by switching companies rather than staying in one company for extensive periods. Ultimately though, enjoying your work shouldnt just be about money.

Global systems are not always designed in the most user friendly way so using them can be painful until you get used to them. Indian culture is visible in the corporate processing and some people are having harder time to get used to it (heavy administration)

Work in an international environment

good mix of foreigners and locals, when you meet someone at the office whom you do not know it is normal to automatically speak english. Different languages or at least English utilized daily.
