Opportunity to use foreign languages
The whole environment is English speaking with the percentage of Czech people being relatively low. Additionally there are projects which provide language specific services. For these a knowledge of various European languages is needed and used on daily basis.
Opportunity to learn new things
Each project is different and depending on your position you will need to use various skills to do your job. You will either learn these or will expand those you already possess. Good thing is that if you find something you are good at, depending on your manager, you will have the opportunity to tweak your work in order to maximize the usage of your talent and pursue your goals.

žádné přesčasy práce z domova
žádné benefity, žádná technická podpora ze strany zaměstanavatele - když se něco rozbije, na řešení se čeká v romzezí dní až týdnů a nebo se to neopraví vůbec. Není jasně dané, co kdo dělá. Mizerná podpora i na straně HR. Plat se nikdy nezvýší a základ vážně není žádná sláva, na to, že se Infosys kasá, že je světová společnost. Systémy IT firmy (!!) většinou nefungují, pro zapsání docházky musíte projít třemi programy a pak se modlit, aby se vůbec docházka spustila.

Kolektiv.
Člověk je v Infosys pouze číslo. Pokud má problém, musí ho zdlouhavě aktivně eskalovat, nebo nejlépe vyřešit sám. Cokoliv firma dát nemusí, to prostě nedá. Nulová podpora zaměstnanci.

Super kolegové, příjemný kolektiv
Absolutně neprofesionální přístup. Nikdo neví co má dělat, nic nefunguje, na přístupová hesla se čekalo měsíc. Slíbili nám lepší mzdu nez nám dali podepsat na smlouvě. Chovali se ke mě jako ke kusu hadru. Není možný kariérní růst pokud se snažíte, jen pokud jste ve firmě víc jak dva roky. Arogantní vedení. Rozhodně nedoporučuji!
Work in an international environment
Protože je zde spousta cizinců, cca 50%. Přesto HR oddělení mluví angličtinou na úrovni žáka základní školy, což je škoda.

Protože je všem jedno kdo má co na sobě.

S kolegy
No sick days, nektere tydny pracovni doba do 20h, nesmyslna administrativa, sliby z pohovoru se vytraci, nulovy feedback na vasi praci, zvyseni platu nehrozi, casta obmena lidi, velky tlak a mizivy training, u teto spolecnosti velmi zalezi na konkretnim projektu, po par mesicich neni vzacny nastup bolesti zad a nasledna rehabilitace, firma by se timto mela zabyvat, pozdni prichod o par minut byva problem, neustale pod drobnohledem sledovani pauz, odchodu z kancelare atd. opet velmi zalezi na nadrizenem toto ma zkusenost

Dobré je že společnost zaměstnává mnoho cizinců, takže určitě procvičíte angličtinu na denní bázi
- platové podmínky - firemní politika - benefity - pracovní prostřední a podmínky (nefunční wc nefunkční výtahy padající systém)
