Pracovní kolektiv, kde se všichni vzájemně respektují. Oceňuji snahu vedení agentury o wellbeing svých zaměstnanců, možnost skloubit práci a soukromý život. Myslím, že za vše mluví i to, že není výjimkou, že se bývalý zaměstnanec, který agenturu z různých důvodů opustí, nakonec zase vrátí nebo o návratu aspoň uvažuje.
Chybí mi teambuildingy, které se díky pandemické situaci nemohly konat a vedení agentury nehledalo cestičky, jak obejít nařízení centrály. Každopádně zaměstnanci si i v téhle situaci poradili sami...společné neofiko oslavy v Přístavu jsou prostě boží a zváni jsou vždy všichni:)
