Super parta lidí, se kterými člověk i po práci rád zajde na sport a drink, ne nutně v tomhle pořadí. Skvělé možnosti profesionálního i osobního rozvoje, stačí jen být trochu aktivní a snažit se pro sebe něco udělat.
Ačkoli prostředí nadnárodní korporace bezesporu pomáhá stabilitě firmy, občas je té byrokracie z centrály trochu více, než bychom všichni chtěli. České vedení se to snaží trochu usměrňovat, ale s některými pravidelnými dotazníky a pomalými schvalovacími procesy se nedá udělat vůbec nic.

Flexibilita, benefity, přátelské prostředí
Kanceláře Více teambuildingových akci

Děkujeme za Vaši zpětnou vazbu. Víme, že současné kanceláře již nejsou ideální, proto se budeme v průběhu léta stěhovat do nových prostor v blízkosti Karlínského náměstí hned u Vltavy. Budova Missouri a naše kanceláře jsou postavené v souladu s nejnovějšími standardy kancelářských prostor a wellbeing principy. Těšit se můžete na moderní prostory, relaxační zónu, zdravé stravování přímo v budově, využití zelené plochy a cyklostezky hned vedle kanceláři včetně zázemí se šatnami a sprchami, do budoucna také na nově budovanou lávku do Holešovic.

Atmosfera, pohodovy pristup k lidem i praci, inspirativni kolegove, pratelske prostredi. Je videt, ze lide nejsou zbytecne prepinani, prescasy jsou spis vyjimecne, do prace se chodi s radosti, nikoli proto "ze tam musim". Za zminku take stoji benevolentni pristup k hybridnimu modelu - kdyz do prace "nemusite" tak tam proste nemusite, HO neni problem, pristupuje se k tomu slusne a se selskym rozumem (nikoli podle cisel, tabulek nebo pravidel materske zakladny). Doporucuji.
