Infocesty, soutěže mezi prodejci, peníze a kolektiv

Pracuji zde řadu roků, práce mě bavila a baví, práce s lidmi náročná je, ale plnit přání a sny je super. Mnoho zemí jsem i díky své práci navštívila, skvělý bohus.

zpoplatnění studijních cest jakožto jediná forma vzdělávání zaměstnanců - seznámení se s produktem, nízká základní mzda, u méně frekventovaných poboček nižší možnost navýšení platu prémiemi za prodej, pracovní doba a složitost v zajišťění zastupování

Moje práce je mým koníčkem, oceňuji pracovní/studijní cesty do zahraničí, kdy mohu lépe poznat prodávaný produkt. Oceňuji zaměstnanecké slevy na dovolenou.

Ocenila bych studijní cesty zdarma, nebo za nějaký nižší poplatek, jelikož mi to pomáhá zlepšovat se ve své práci.

Spokojenost jen s kolegy.

Vnitřní nařízení, postupy, systémy spolu moc nekomunikují a jsou zbytečně složité, nepřehledné, nelogické, zdlouhavé. Nevyhovující pracovní prostředí.
