různorodá práce z více oblastí nejvyšší vedení pouze v Praze
pozdě vyplacené bonusy a stravenky (někdy i mzda) - i 4 měsíce pozadu naprosto nedostačující školení v případě potřeby nikdo nemá na člověka čas, aby mu poradil kontrola práce ,,na dálku"

Naprosto příšerná firma. Vedení účetnictví za směsné částky. Pracovala jsem zde pouze 3 měsíce (díky bohu). První den proběhlo zaškolení a další den jsem už sama pracovala, bez jakékoli pomoci či rad. Za ty 3 měsíce v Uolu jsem viděla obrovskou fluktuaci zaměstnanců a to jak na DPP, tak i na HPP. Není se čemu divit, účetní na HPP má reálně 30-40 firem a za 18 čistého! K tomu neustálé změny a buzerace od vedení, které je vzdálené 300 km a v životě je neuvidíte. Zaměstnanci na pobočkách arogantní a všichni si myslí, že ví všechno nejlíp a jsou nejchytřejší na světě. RUCE PRYČ OD UOLU.

Plat nechodil nikdy vcas. Přijímali absolventy, ale čekali, že to všechno umíte. Více času na školení Vám nedali. Pokud jste potřebovali, neuspěli jste.

Plat těméř nikdy nepřišel včas, nikdo se moc nezatěžoval pořádnou pracovní smlouvou, žádné pořádné zaučení-systém poraď si sám. Celkově systém vedení učetnictví snad není ani žádný systém, ale chaos. Na co měl člověk nárok nebyla samozřejmost, člověk se musel přippmenout, aby se toho vůbec dočkal.
Opportunity to work during studies
Je možnost se domluvit na nějakém částečném úvazku nebo brigádě tak, aby to šlo stíhat.
Freedom and independence
Samostatnost ocení, protože je na každém, aby si zodpovídal sám za svou práci a nikdo nemá vlastně ani čas, aby vám s tím extra pomáhal. Takže jakým způsobem si to člověk nastaví, že bude dělat, tak to bude.

Kolegové na pobočce, pružná pracovní doba, možnost práce při studiu
Pozdní výplata mezd, výplatní den byl 20, bylo to napsáno pouze na interních stránkách. I tak chodila k 30. nebo i později.

Jobs for people with no work experience
Člověk by měl mít aspoň nepatrný základ, zbytek Vás naučí ochotní a příjmení kolegové
