Byl jsem spokojen s nadřízeným. Pracovní doba mi dávala možnost, abych se mohl realizovat nejen v práci. Líbila se mi časová flexibilnost a možnosti stravování, které jsem měl. Celkově se mi pracovalo dobře, neměl jsem problémy s tím, že bych se netěšil do práce. Dozvěděl jsem se hodně nových informací. Měl jsem možnost se naučit novým věcem, poznat zajímavé lidi a celkově mě to posunulo kupředu.
Zvýšil bych odměny pro zaměstnance.

otevřená mysl nadřízených k návrhům ke zlepšení práce
kolektiv byl více méně tvořen lidmi, kteří byli silně předsudkoví, stereotypní což vedlo k nepříjemnému chování. Na vyšší pozice se dosazovali lidé bez dostatečných zkušeností, ale byli to holt známí lidí ve vedení. Čím dál menší platy za více práce.

Férové jednání, pružná pracovní doba.
Firma nemá vizi, hodně věcí funguje nesystémově.
