- Férový přístup managementu k zaměstnancům - Respektování osobnosti zaměstnance - Férové a nadstandardní odmeňování (jak základní mzda, tak bonusy v průběhu roku i předem domluvené, 13. a 14. plat, vykonostní bonusy) - Občasné firemní teambuildingy - bowling, posezení u pivečka, wellness, sklípek... - Možnost práce z domova a respektování rodinného života - Flexibilní pracovní doba - Ochota managementu naslouchat v oblasti zlepšení.
Dle mého názoru je ve společnosti v současné době vše nastaveno dobře a ve chvíli, kdy budou aplikovány všechny systémové změny, tak bude situace ještě lepší.
