Všechny procesy ve firmě jsou velmi formalizované a detailně popsané - na všechno jsou předpisy a postupy (problém může být až přílišné množství informací, které je zahlcující). Zároveň je každý detail velmi pečlivě dokumentován a podroben (vícenásobné) kontrole kvality. Má to své opodstatnění, neboť se jedná o farmaceutickou firmu, kde je sebemenší selhání veřejností vnímáno velmi citlivě.
