Vynikající tým včetně nadřízených, velká ochota vyhovět osobním potřebám zaměstnanců, jednoduché vnitrofiremní procesy a minimum byrokrace, pružná pracovní doba a celkově dobrá možnost se soustředit na pŕidělené úkoly.

Individuální přístup, odbornost kolegů a šéfů, totální flexibilita ve formě velmi pružné pracovní doby, podpora vzdělávání a školení, zábavná práce, snaha šéfů přidělovat úkoly, o kterých ví, že mě baví...
Ani ne. Možná to, že se občas sekne spolupráce ve stylu: "Já myslel že..." Ale to je detail.

Flexibilní pracovní doba. Dobrý tým lidí. Pořád je něco nového, práce rozhodně není monotónní.

Zajímavá, tvůrčí technická práce, pružná pracovní doba, týden dovolené navíc, férové jednání, nadprůměrné mzdové ohodnocení.
Nic.
Complex tasks
Většinou chybí přesné zadání toho, co máte řešit. A není přesně stanoven ani způsob, jakým máte stanovených cílů dosáhnout. Zadání si tedy musíte v mnoha bodech domýšlet a vymyslet si musíte i způsob, jak požadavky na produkt naplnit a způsob, jak jejich naplnění ověřit. V tomto směru vás nikdo nevede za ruku a máte dost velkou volnost v rozhodování. Na druhou stranu to vyžaduje velkou míru improvizace a schopnost trochu riskovat a nést odpovědnost za případný neúspěch.
Flexible working hours
Někomu více vyhovuje práce ráno, někomu večer. Nemluvě o potřebě vozit děti na kroužky, zajít si k lékaři apod. Některý den jde člověku všechno samo, jiný den na něj všechno padá. Prostě pružná pracovní doba je super!

Dobrá atmosféra v kolektivu. Rozmanitá práce. Majitelé firmy mají zájem o zaměstnance a rozvoj firmy.
