Ve firmě je vše nalajnované a jasně dané. Je zde minimální prostor pro vlastní invenci. Pomyslné vystoupení z řady je hned potlačeno.

Tato firma je opravdu lidi, kteří nemají žádné zkušenosti s průmyslem neboť ještě neví jak to všude chodí. Podle mého názoru je tato firma pro lidi kteří jsou starší a špatně se jim hledá práce, ale pro mladé lidi je to jen praxe do budoucího zaměstnání. Z této firmy jako dělník nenajdete moc velké uplatnění pokud nemáte maturitu nebo zaměření na CNC, svařování atd...
