Na pozici konstruktér kotlů jsem dostal s dalšími kolegy školení 3d modelovacím programu Solidworks. Nic jsem o tomto programu nevěděl po skončení(3týdny) jsem plně zvládal v tom programu dělat. Školil nás člověk který v tom přímo dané věci dělal takže super, jen věci co člověk využil a žádné nudné zbytečnosti.
komunikace s kolínskou pobočkou byla suprová ale není to jak v jedné budově v brně

Obstojný kolektiv (lidsky i odborně) Dobré umístění firmy (snadná dostupnost MHD) Zajímavý příspěvek na penzijní a životní připojištění a jiné benefity (MultiSportka, flexibilní pracovní doba...)
Kulturní rozdíly (některé pro Evropany zřejmé věci se musí sáhodlouze vysvětlovat a "obhajovat" u vedení) Čerstvě po převzetí investorem (12/2021) - v "přechodovém" období chybí odvaha vedení pouštět se do nových věcí - "osaháváme si" novou situaci
Varied work
Mimo rutinní činnosti (účetní, kalkulanti apod.) se většina pozic setkává v průběhu roku s řešením různorodých úkolů. Je to dáno tím, že produkt firmy (turbína, kotel, energocentrum apod.) jsou nesériový, zákazníkovi na míru uzpůsobený "výrobek". Projekt od projektu se liší a přináší odlišné výzvy, i když principy zůstávají zachovány.
