Complex tasks
Protoze je narocne delat za dva minimalne. Protoze cekaji, ze se z toho ze muzete delat pro ne proste prepnete na robota. Protoze mate hmotku a klic od trezoru je lehke najit vsem. Protoze stojite v pruvanu nebo omdlevate z horka. Protoze nevite komu ze spolupracovniku rupne v kouli a trzbu si vezme domu, coz podilove zaplatite. Protoze budete lopatou odhazovat snih nebo solit chodnik, zaskakovat za uklizecku nebo pokojskou ktere neprisly, protoze cekaji ze kdykoliv zaskocite za kohokoliv. A protoze slibi xx plat a dostanete x plat. Staci?

Čeho si cením? Asi stability
Je toho hodně... určitě zvýšení mezd, rozvoj a kurzy pro zaměstnance, lepší benefity, chválit zaměstnance, ne pouze buzerovat, atd...
Order and rules
Vedení řeší různé maličkosti, ale ne skutečně potřebné věci. Pokud uděláte něco špatně, hned o tom ví celá společnost, pochvalu Vám nikdo nepřizná. Musíte dodržovat pravidla, standardy, žádné vybočení není povoleno. Nikdo se s Vámi nebaví, neřekne osobně, co děláte špatně, radši Vás pomluví veřejně, ať to ví všichni. Za práci navíc neočekávejte pochvalu.
Complex tasks
Neřeknou Vám úplně vše potřebné, když řeknete, že Vám to ale nikdo neukázal, neřekl, jste za blbce. Vše musí být okamžitě, není čas na soukromý život.
