Práce v mezinárodním prostředí. Využití cizích jazyků. Sídlo v centru Prahy. Kurzy cizího jazyka hrazené zaměstnavatelem.
Neustálé konfliktní jednání ze strany vedení firmy. Stresující atmosféra na pracovišti. Pravidla neplatí pro všechny. Pomlouvání. Chybí radost z práce.
Opportunity to use foreign languages
Častá komunikace s kolegy v Německu, případně jinde v Evropě. Angličtina a němčina.
Security and stability
Česká pobočka stabilní německé matky. Firma nezkrachuje ani jinak nezanikne. Její strategie je dlouhodobě udržitelně pečovat o svěřené nemovitosti.

Spojojena jsem asi s prijmem, jinak momentalne nejsem spokojena asi s nicim, proto hledam nove zamestnani.
Jednani nadrizenych, nefer jednani, ruzne podminky pro jednotliva oddeleni, ne vsechno plati pro vsechny.

Slušná finanční odměna.
Neumím popsat, v celé firmě byly jen 2 osoby, se kterými jsem byla schopna mluvit s pocitem, že jsme schopni najít společné téma a hovořit jako rovný s rovným. Celkově jsem se tam cítila špatně, o správné komunikaci nelze mluvit.

- kolegové jsou naprosto úžasní - lepší lokalita v centru Prahy neexistuje - společnost se opravdu snaží dohnat dobu a děla projekty jako implementace SAP, data mining, e-invocing, automatické joby, boty,.. - naučíte se hledat souvislosti ve velké organizaci, která funguje metodou "learning by doing" - naučíte se prioritizovat v situacích, kdy máte na stole extrémně důležité úkoly a všechny jsou Vám předané s poznámkou "hlavní priorita"
- člověk ze zkušenostmi z oboru si může ťukat na čelo, proč se jednoduchý "business" dělá tak složitě, ale všechno má svůj důvod, lepší či horší. Chybí standardizace a tím pádem je náročné a někdy nemožné procesy automatizovat a zefektivňovat, protože kromě systému potřebujete neustále nějaký "workaround" či "excel" :)
