Kolektiv na pracovišti Vedoucí a fajn atmosféra
Přístup nadřízených z centrály Syndrom vyhoření u většiny zaměstnanců Motivace kdy v práci lezeme po čtyřech a vedení řekne makejte víc Nedostatek personálních sil, neustálw odchody všech co mají rozum a zaškolení raději jinam a nábory mladých levných mláďat
Informal work atmosphere
Vstřícní vedoucí pracoviště, vše jde v rozumných mezích domluvit, dovolená, volno, hlídání dětí apod. Umí pochválit, z vlastní vůle přinést občerstvení na pracoviště, pořádat neoficiální zážitkové akce :)

Firma zaměřující se na absolventy, juniory s nižšími nároky na mzdu, které si proškolí, vše naučí :)

Oceňuji skvělý lidský přístup stran vedení i od kolegů :-) a také zájem vedení o spokojenost zaměstnanců.
Bohužel s fluktuací ...ve vazbě na problematickou oblast zdravotnictví a také dámský kolektiv, který je zde tvořen z více jak 90%. Plus někdy pociťuji větší pracovní tlak, ale to je asi všude v dnešním nejen pracovním světě.
