Je kladen veliký důraz na plnění cílů nového projektu. Některé termíny jsou doslova šibeniční. Jsou zde zaměstnaní jedinci kteří chodí do práce pouze pro výplatu a z toho důvodu je potřeba hlídat i úkoly těchto lidí. Ve společnosti se prosazuje že pokud jste něco požadoval od jiného oddělení tak si tento úkol musíte dotáhnou do konce sám i když by tento úkol měl dělat někdo kdo je za to zodpovědný a je to jeho jediná pracovní činnost.
