Ve firmě je téměř rodinná atmosféra. Oceňuji, že se zaměstnanci vzájemně dobře osobně poznají. Vedení společnosti má vždy snahu vyjít zaměstnanci vstříc. Z toho vyplývá i možnost skloubení osobního a profesního života. Mimo často zmiňovaných benefitů (stravenky, příspěvek na penzijní spoření či používání NTB či telefonů k soukromým účelům) lze vyzdvihnout i možnost čerpat Sick days nebo participaci na hospodářském výsledku firmy.
Bylo by dobré rychlejší doplnění lidských zdrojů - v rámci neustálé expanze firmy se nedaří hledat kvalitní pracovníky.

"Rodinné" zázemí a přístup k řízení společnosti, vše se dá řešit a dohodnout se individuálně podle požadavků jednotlivých lidí. Žádná striktní a svazující pravidla

Freedom and independence
Cílem není odsedět si 8 hodin v kanceláři, ale výsledek odvedené práce. Kdy, kde a jakým způsobem, to už je na každém zaměstnanci.
Jobs fit for working parents
Rodiče mají možnost obstarat své děti (např. lékaře) aniž by museli čerpat dovolenou. Lze využít home office. Cílem není odsedět si 8 hodin v kanceláři, ale hotová práce.
