Pracoval jsem jako Sauner Oceňuji přistup vybraných kolegů, Benefity ve formě vstupu Různorodost práce a ceremoniálů
Bohužel ale je to chování kolektivu. Jako nový saunér jsem požádal o pomoc s ceremoniály/ nastavením saun. Dostalo se mi ignorace před každým důležitým prvním vystoupením v sauně. (Pivní, divadlo, pára, baňa...) "Běž a nějak to udělej!". Nepřišel nikdo pomoct. Návštěvnici to ale poznali (vystreslej a nervózní) a pak jsem musel vystát jejích stížnostem a pak od nadřízeného. Takhle to nešlo aby na každý důležitý ceremoniál se na mě vykašlali. Ze mě opadnul všechen entuziasmus cokoliv dělat nebo se bavit s kolegy a byl jsem pak pořád na telefonu nebo myslí jinde. Poté mi oznámili, že se do kolektivu nehodím a smlouvu mi neprodlouží. Děkuji ale už ne, + s výškou mzdy jak na brigádách v roce 2008 je tohle trápení. Hypotéka se neptá.

Zajímavé benefity.
Vedení které lže svým zaměstnancům a neváží si jejich práce. Přetěžování zaměstnanců - podstav zaměstnanců a z toho plynoucí nezaplacené přesčasy. Dále také masové obchodování s benefity zaměstnavatele, (vstupy do aquaparku/saun a fitness).

Nejlepsim benefitem bezesporu byly vstupy za odpracovane hodiny zdarma do aquacentra a fitcentra.
Chování nadrizeneho personálu. Při poukazani a zadost o zvyseni mzdy byla okamzite reakce negativni.
