Po letech převažují bohužel negativa, ale prvních cca 5 let jsem byl spokojený, v tu dobu přebíral vedení český management, pak se začalo "šetřit". Pozitivní byly asi benefity, nicméně jsem radši motivován penězi.
špatný systém hodnocení pracovníků, nezáleželo co kdo uměl, ale kolik je tam let, pro mě naprosto nepochopitelná politika, české vedení, nedostatek schopných inženýrů, dobří odcházeli, poslední dva roky jsem si radši vše řešil sám

pružná pracovní doba, 25 dnů dovolené, dobré vztahy s kolegy, možnost výběru náhradního volna
vedení společnosti, lepší platové podmínky, lepší personální politika společnosti - zachování co největšího počtu kmenových zaměstnanců se zkušenostmi, lepší mzdové podmínky

Dobré pracovní zázemí,čistota na pracovišti. Vynikající firemní stravování na úrovni. Různé benefity a firemní akce.
