Na Kovoně není už snad nic pozitivního
Komplet vše. Nastavený systém ve firmě. Pokud nejste anální horolezec tak nemáte šanci si jakkoli polepšit ani finančně.

Tolerantnější přístup vedení, nedodržování termínů, méně kontrolních postupů, klidná práce
Špatná komunikace, žádný kariérní postup, všichni mají prémie 10% bez rozdílu přístupu k práci, téměř bez osobního ohodnocení, ale je vyžadováno mnoho nad rámec daných povinností, (úkolová mzda - kusy, kusy hlavně kusy)

Pravidelná výplata
Organizace práce, na každého je jiný metr, šetření peněz kde to není podstatné a tam kde ano , se tomu nikdo nevěnuje. Na potřeby a bonusy THZ zaměstnanců se pravidelně zapomíná. Vůbec žádný platový a kariérní postup....

Jedná se o českou firmu a je zde dobrý poměr práce/norma, nemáte zde "kontrolora za zády". Chtělo by to pouze zlepšit organizaci práce, skladování materiálu atd. a přidat na odměnách. Jinak vcelku dobré pracovní podmínky.
Žádné nebo minimální benefity navíc. Chybí kariérní postup.

Výplata vždy včas, 25dni dovolené, autobus do práce
Více benefitu, uvítal bych místo ukolove mzdy mzdu fixní+premie závislé od plnění norem, protože v ukolové mzdě záleží co děláte a jak to jede takže vlastně je placená mašina a ne člověk. Odpadla by závist mezi pracovníky o tom kdo má jakou práci. A v úkolu si lidi nemůžou extra vydělat(třeba kdyby si zkrátili přestávku), protože by se zase zvedly normy
