Spolehnuti se na tym a komunikace. Vyslechnuti s prijeti nazoru. Skvely trenink, i kdyz narocny,ale spolecnost vi proc.

Férovost, péče o zaměstnance, přátelská atmosféra, organizovanost.
Asi by nevadil vyšší plat, ale rozhodně v porovnání s konkurencí to není špatné.

Nejvíc je asi lidský přístup, který tam je. A jdou vyjít vstříc vašim požadavkům, benefity.
Firma se v poslední době čistě na zisk, scházejí vlastní nastavené hodnoty. Na pozici kde je třeba umět jednat s lidmi dosazují často naprosto neadekvátní zaměstnance. Člověk si musí dát pozor co komu řekne.

Velmi vstřícný a férový přístup. Vedení reaguje na podněty z každoročních průzkumů spokojenosti. Možnost kariérního růstu. Inkluzivni prostředí. Respekt, 360° zpětná vazba - opravdu se nemusíte bát vyjádřit se. Ocenění za snahu. Motivační prostředí. Benefity, které reflektují zájmy zaměstnanců. Přátelské prostředí. Dlouhodobé pracovní vztahy, spousta lidí ve firmě pracuje již od dob, kdy přišla na český trh. Je toho spousta a já jsem hrdý a vděčný Starbucks Partner.
Pro někoho může být mínus například to, že nemůže nosit umělé nehty, či šperky, které jsou v rozporu s bezpečnostní potravin. Ale pro mne osobně to je zcela pochopitelný požadavek. Dále - jako každá práce s lidmi - není při každého.

Jsou ochotní vyslechnout, pomoc, poradit jak jen to je v jejich silách, někdy (často) jsou to více kamarádi než nadřízení (jenom s větší autoritou:))
Někteří by mohli byt trochu profesionálnější
