Rozhodne je to firemná kultúra a hodnoty, na kt. je vybudovaná spoločnosť AmRest Coffee s.r.o. Rozvoj zamestnancov, pozitívna energia, ktorá vládne v AmReste a priateľský prístup vedenia z neho robia výberového zamestnávateľa.

AmRest Coffee s.r.o. funguje jako rodina, nadřízení i kolegové jsou si navzájem velmi blízcí, často se chodí na teambuildingy a vymejšlí se společné akce. Nejvíce spokojen/á jsem byl/a tedy s týmem, který jsem měl/a kolem sebe. Pokud máte zájem, je možný i kariérní růst. Ovšem je to práce hodící se spíše jako brigáda nebo-li ke studiu, nejste-li MNG.
Jediné, co mohlo být lepší, bylo finanční ohodnocení.
