spolupráce s kolegy v kanceláři
přístup vedení k zaměstnancům- zaměstnanci jsou prakticky neustále jen penalizováni různými srážkami ze mzdy. Slibované finanční ohodnocení / prémie je vypláceno jen některým, ostatní s různým oddůvodněním, proč srovna tento měsíc většina nic nedostane. O vedení firmy se přetahují dva lidé, každý se snaží řešit situaci různě, vzniká chaos. Pokud se zaměstnanec ve firmě znelíbí třem klíčovým lidem, nemá šanci ve firmě zůstat. Buď odejde pod tlakem sám nebo ho pod různými záminkami prostě propustí. Personální oddělení se o zaměstnance prakticky nestará.

pružná pracovní doba
jednání vedení společnosti, rozhoduje se nekoncepčně. neupřímné jednání se zaměstnanci kteří jsou přesouváni z místa na místo bez ohledu na smlouvu většina oddělení nespolupracuje mezi sebou
Flexible working hours
protože ne každý je ochoten být v práci brzy po ránu, ale nevadí mu tam být déle odpoledne. Nebo si potřebuje něco zařídit a pak si podle toho přijde a odejde.
