Oceňuji přátelský přístup od manažerů a celkově vedení společnosti.Příjemné prostřejí,fajn kolektiv.Vážím si i toho,že například k narozeninám a na Vánoce dostáváme dárečky.Že jste na nás nezapomněli:)Děkuji za příležitost zde pracovat:)
Ale jsou tu samozdřejmně i negativa..Nižší plat,spoustu úkolů,v podstatě čím dál víc.Velký nápor na psychiku.Program na kase zbytečně složitý...seká se,neustále se měnící ceny...Je toho více.

Skvělá spolupráce s kolegy, přátelská atmosféra, příjemné zázemí, zajímavé motivační programy

Bylo by lepší, kdyby na stránkách firmy nebylo možné objednat zboží, které není skladem. Potom volají naštvaní zákazníci.

Pracovní doba je super. Naučil/a jsem se dobré komunikaci a vyjadřování i v osobním životě. Momentálně HO je skvělí a doufám že v něm budem pokračovat.
zlepšit služby na internetu ( co je a neni skladem, vice informaci o vyrobcich) a celkove se snažit rychleji naskladnovat produkty, porad neni neco skladem a je to horsi a horsi. Pokud plati nejaka akce tak aby byla nastavena v NCP nekdy cekame i dva dny na promokody. A bylo by skvele zvednou dovolenou na 25 dni.

Včas výplaty, soutěže a setkání po praci.
Vedení v Ostravě není to pravé ořechové a chová se k podřízeným dost nevalně.

There was a lot of work, very exciting, a lot of numbers and challenges. If the culture of the company was better (if people took responsibility and not blame others for their mistakes) and if the salaries would be better, it would be an amazing company. But...
Culture of the company - it is a standard practice for headquarters to blame local teams for the failures, and to take all the credit for successes. Salaries are miserable for the type of work requires. And the general strategy is opposite to daily operations and short-term goals. Company wants to develop strong brands, but without investment, and by choosing the lowest quality acceptable to sell with extremely high prices.
