kolegové napříč firmou, možnost nastavit si věci po svém, velmi zajímavé výzvy (firma exportuje po celém světě), takže z pohledu logistiky si člověk může zkusit opravdu zajímavé věci, podpora centrály pro požadované změny, možnost home officu

Vídím teď chuť jít dopředu a zlepšovat se, táhnutí za jeden provaz. Po komplikovaném období je vidět světlo na konci tunelu. Moje motivace v tuto chvíli je velká. Benefity jsou fajn, ale ne rozhodující pro to, jestli chci tuto práci dělat či nikoliv.
Současný růst/restart závodu neodpovídá dostatečnému personalnímu obsazení- je potřeba investovat do lidí, rozvoje závodu. Cítím, že se věci mění a postupujeme vpřed.

Se spolupracujícími kolegy
Pro mě to byl zahozený rok života, plný planých slibů atd., zkrátka cirkus. Tato firma musí zlepšit vše.
Work in an international environment
Minimálně ve financích je nutná téměř denní komunikace s centrálou (Mad) a při kalkulacích nových zakázek je nutné sbírat data i od zahraničních závodů. Angličtina v obou bodech 'is a must'.
