Zajímavé benefity (Flexi pasy, 5 týdnů dovolené, sick day, kantýna (ale jídlo se zhoršilo) s příspěvkem zaměstnavatele. Tým, který umí táhnout za jeden provaz.
Důslednost v používání sytémů (Oracle, systém reklamací...). Málo přesný popis pracovních pozic - občas člověk musí zaskakovat a dělat i jinou práci.

Oceňuji týmového ducha. Mnoho lidí zde pracuje celý život.
Na některých pozicích jsou kladeny vyšší nároky na čas a flexibilitu. Ne vždy je možné si vše přesně naplánovat.

Přístup k moderním technologiím, lokální IT je součást mezinárodního týmu a navíc práce v SF nabízí téměř neomezený prostor pro seberealizaci. ANO, práce v SF IT není pro lidi není, kteří chtěj mít "svoje jistý" ... ale pro lidi, kteří si uvědomují, že IT je tu pro lidi a nebojí se dalších výzev!

- nove vyzvy, budovani nove strategie a rozvoje zavodu (zarizeni, stroje, NARUST LIDI) - change menagement v praxi - vybudovani nove HR strategie a procesu - spoluprace se “srdcari” - obrovska podpora nadrizenych, vedeni a centraly - prostor pro seberealizaci - uzasna americka kultura a STYL VEDENI (v centrale) s cilem dostat to k nam do Benesova - flexibilita pracovni doby
Vse je mozne zmenit - MYSLENI I VYSLEDKY. Dulezite je to vysvetlit a komunikovat jasne. Neznam slovo “nejde”. Ceka nas skvela budoucnost.
