Na oddělení jsme skvělý tým, na kolegy se mohu vždy spolehnout.
Vždy je co zlepšovat, ale záleží na lidech, jaké si to udělají.

skvělý přístup vedení k zaměstnancům možnost samostatného rozhodování v rámci své pracovní pozice možnost spoluovlivňovat směřování společnosti
nárůst byrokracie a s tím spojená časová náročnost na úkor získávání nových obchodů v současné době poměrně hodně nových kritérií pro schvalování obchodů, tyto kritéria nejsou však moc konkurenceschopné v porovnání s konkurencí
