skvělý tým lidí napříč bankou, dobré finanční ohodnocení, benefity, v určitých ohledech smysluplnost práce (v určitých ohledech naopak ne)
v některých ohledech přílišná administrativní zátěž (bohužel dáno legislativou, příp. jinými normami)

Jedná se o příjemné pracovní prostředí, příjemný kolektiv
V současnosti je velké množství legislativních změn, které jsou ve společnosti zaváděny velmi obtížně a zdlouhavě. Nejsme schopni pružně reagovat.
