Benefity ještě jsou. 13 a 14té platy už nejsou jako dřív.
Změnil bych kompletní vedení. Tyto lidi jsou pro tuto firmu totální katastrofa. Hodně změn a nařízení. Špatné plánování výroby. Každou směnu zjišťujte, že připravujete zbytečně, pak to předěláváte a už nemáte čas na přestávku. Tato firma už bohužel nemá co nabídnout.

Osobní a kariérní růst. 13. a 14. plat
Stres, přepracovanost, tlak. Práce, která narušuje osobní život. Ocenění pracovníka za odevzdané hodiny firmě nikoliv za pracovitost.

Jediné co bylo dobré byl 13 a 14 plat,ale rok od roku byl nižší,zaměstnavatel na poslední chvíli pravidelně ponížil výsledky ranných úseku a ve finále byl plat 70procent což je v kolektivní smlouvě.Par let zpátky jsme mívali 13,14 platy 120 procent průměrného hr.platu.
Nechali bychom kompletně vyměnit veškeré vedení.

Komunikace mezi jednotlivými útvary Chybějící nebo nepřesné informace Přístup "takto to tady bylo vždy, tak si s tím nějak poraďte" Přístup "čím delší je čas strávený ve firmě, tím lepší zaměstnanec je"

Při nástupu před lety byla šance na pracovní postup, nyní, po změně v politice vedení toto odpadlo.
Poslední dobou veliký tlak na normy bez ohledu na teplotní podmínky na halách. Zavedení nového směnového kalendáře, kdy není absolutně čas na rodinu. Zákaz výměny zničeného pracovního oblečení z důvodu "šetření". A hlavně veliká fyzická zátěž, která se nedá vydržet do staršího věku pracovníka. Pokud je problém s linkami, technologové k tomu určení svedou chybu na lidi, aniž by hledali řešení!
