Jediné co je na Climaxu je dobré je úzká skupina spolupracovníků
Žádné benefity.Zaměstnavatel se po odchodu zachoval velmi sprostě a nekorektně.V převážné části kolektivu spory mezi pracovníky a s tím spojené podrazy.Firemní stravování zdraví nebezpečno.Doporučuji se téhle firmě vyhnout.

Česká mentalita, možnost seberealizace, férovost, upřímnost, stabilita, chuť se neustále zlepšovat
Některé věci nám s ohledem na velikost firmy (cca 650 zaměstnanců) již trvají déle
Jobs fit for working parents
Pružná pracovní doba a chuť v týmu si mezi kolegy pomoct a vystřídat se, pokud je třeba odcházet dříve.

Climax je společnost s vizí. Má představu o tom, kam se chce posunout a jde si za tím. To ve mně vzbuzuje důvěru. Lidé jsou povětšinou moc fajn a táhnou za jeden provaz. Stejně, jako u jiného zaměstnavatele se najdou oblasti, které by mohly být lepší, ale musím říct, že jsem tedy opravdu spokojená a měnit nechci.
Rosteme a to vyžaduje více práce, než ve společnosti, která stagnuje. Občas je množství práce až zoufalé, ale jsem raději za toto, než aby se firmě nedařilo.

Já sama jsem studentem a s prací v Climaxu se to dá bez problémů skloubit.

Kromě tradičních benefitů máme například možnost jít na masáž v pracovní době z půlky hrazenou Climaxem do jedné z maséren, které jsou přímo v Climaxu.

Velké plus je, že zaměstnavatel dává šanci lidem bez praxe. Dobré a levné obědy přímo ve firmě. Kvalitní technické vybavení.
Množství vedoucích pracovníků, kteří nemají k této práci vlohy. Rozdělení práce. Mzda a nedostatečné benefity. Neschopnost přizpůsobování se době a změně situace.
