Super kolegové, rodinná firma, kamarádští.
Malé benefity a velmi nízké odměny.
Informal work atmosphere
S kolegy je zábava. Jsou otevření, je s nimi sranda. Na firemních teambuildincích si člověk užije :)
Opportunity to use foreign languages
Určitě jako dispečer/ka využije cizí jazyky, ale i na jiných pozicích, jelikož ve firmě pracují i mezinárodní řidiči.

Kolegové ve zhruba stejné a stejné pozici byli strašně slušné
Mzda (o 10-20% nižší než jinde na podobné pozici) a neoznámili mě že mou práci už nepotřebuji. Vrátila jsem se z dovolené (DPP) a dozvěděla že už mají někoho jiného i když jsme se domluvili že budu v práci pokračovat, alespoň by mail napsali...

Mzda chodí včas
Ředitelé oddělení nedokáží plánovat postupy ani koordinovat procesy svých oddělení. Kdyby to bylo řešeno lépe zaměstnanci by lépe odváděli svou práci. Neměnit finanční ani jiné podmínky během roku bez předchozí konzultace s konkrétním zaměstnancem. Vzhledem k dlouhodobému podstavu by zajisté pomohlo odměňovat loajální zaměstnance za úkoly přenesené z neobsazených pozic a nebrat toto jako standart, pokud to zaměstnanec dá bude toto vykonávat další roky.
