Benefity byly byly zajímavé.
Nebyla jsem spokojená s nadřízeným, s řešením problémů. Chování k zaměstnancům na nižších pozicích.

Firma Yanfeng je čínská společnost se závody po celém světe. Ve firmě Yanfeng je možný kariérní postup i práce v zahraničí. I při práci v českých závodech využijete znalost cizích jazyků.

U tohoto zaměstnavatele - Yanfeng Automotive Interiors Planá nad Lužnicí - jsem vcelku spokojená. Oceňuji tu možnost se neustále vzdělávat a pracovat na sobě, což v mém minulém zaměstnání nebylo samozřejmostí. S platovým ohodnocením jsem spokojená. Oceňuji zde i benefity, které firma poskytuje ať už je to výše dovolené, či benefity formou Sodexo karty. Svou práci nemám problém skloubit s osobním životem, jelikož není problém se s mým nadřízeným domluvit. A toho si vážím asi nejvíce. Tento závod bych jako zaměstnavatel doporučila .-)
Nemám asi nic konkrétního, co by mi vyloženě vadilo, ale každopádně vždy je co vylepšovat a to všude ...
Opportunity to use foreign languages
Myslím si to, protože je to zahraniční firma, která nespolupracuje pouze s českými zákazníky a dodavateli. Dále jsou zde i ve vedoucích pozicích cizinci a proto jsou zde cizí jazyky nezbytností.

Je to firma, která má dle mého stabilní postavení na trhu a pevné zázemí.
