Komunikace s nadřízeným a s agenturou.
S kolegy. Líní, nechtělo se jim pracovat a plnit normy. Tím pádem jsme nedosáhli na výkonnostní bonus ke mzdě. Hodnocení celé výrobní linky ne jednotlivce.

Dobrý den. Pracovala jsem na lisovně. A dost mi vadilo v posledních měsících že Shift leder ustanovil jednu z nás pracovnici aby mu pomáhala .Na ty lisovne není čas si dojít na WC během výroby to zkrátka nestíháte a ona mela byt k dyspozici misto toho seděla celý den v kantýně . Ještě jsem to nějak vstrebavala ale pak zase uvolnil ještě jednu ženskou ta taky celý den nic nedělala a neměla snahu někoho vystřídat na WC a jak jsem dlouho to držela v sobe tak jsem s toho onemocněla takže jinak prace bezva ale přístup lidem špatný i když jsme si všichni stěžovali tak nikdo nebral na to zřetel škoda no ale to jediny jsem nedávala celý čtyři hodiny do přestávky nejít na wc uznejte to samy

za celou dobu, co zde pracuji se nestalo, ze by vyplata nedorazila radne a vcas - hodnotim super
bohuzel tato snaha je zde zbytecna :-(
