Když vedoucí vidí snahu spolehlivost, tak se i k pracovníku podle toho chovají a podpoří ho.
Informal work atmosphere
Oceňuje se zde aktivní přístup a jistá samostatnost. Samozřejmě je to možné až po nějaké době.

Zasilkovna je velmi prijemna a dynamicky serozvijejici soolecnost, ze ktere se vsak porad nevytraci ten “rodinny duch” a vsichni v ramci firmy (nebo dnes jiz holdingu) tahneme za jeden provaz. Jsem rad, ze je tady Zasilkovna “Mezi nami” :-)
Aktualne me asi nic nenapada, jsem spokojen.
