Když vedoucí vidí snahu spolehlivost, tak se i k pracovníku podle toho chovají a podpoří ho.
Informal work atmosphere
Oceňuje se zde aktivní přístup a jistá samostatnost. Samozřejmě je to možné až po nějaké době.
