V kovaru je super rodinné zázemí, kde se starají o své zaměstnance. Nejsou jim lhostejné problémy svých zaměstnanců
Nemám důvod nic požadovat na změnu
Unconventional perks
3 dny dovolené navíc, firemní bezúročná půjčka až 50.000,- na materiál a 15.000,- pro osobní potřebu. Možnost rozšíření vzdělání a jiných dovedností (NJ, Svářečský průkaz, Jeřabnický a vazačský průkaz, obsluha VZV a jiné zaškolení v profesích, vše hradí firma.

Férovost, otevřenost, snahu řešit problémy, investice do rozvoje firmy i lidí.
Chybí dlouhodobá strategie, někdy ad hoc rozhodování, slabší provázanost výroby a TPV.
