Jak vzdělaný člověk pochopí, jde o již tradiční německou firmu s dlouholetou firemní kulturou, navíc se již nejmenuje akciová společnost , ale BASF SE. Název sám už vypovídá, že jde o lidi a za mojí dobu jsem zažil jednou propuštění kolegyně ve firmě. Úkoly a cíle zadané nadřízeným jsou reálné a dají se splnit.

Velká míra samostatnosti v rozhodování, life-work balance
Někdy delší doba, než padne nějaké rozhodnutí
Work in an international environment
V BASF je jedinečná šance dostat se do mezinárodního kolektivu. Na své pozici spolupracuji s kolegy a zákazníky nejen po celé Evropě, ale i v USA a Asii. Je to úžasná zkušenost
Flexible working hours
BASF mi v mé pozici umožňuje organizovat si práci podle mne. Určité úkoly a meetingy si sice nemohu určit dle mých potřeb, ale větší část pracovní doby si mohu uspořádat podle sebe. Díky tomu mám vyrovnaný life-work balance.
