atraktivni produkt, pivo jako benefit; dobra skola ohledne toho, ze si clovek vyzkousi, co vsechno je vubec mozne, dobry benchmark pro budouci zamestnani
velmi narocna (a s ohledem k narocnosti) neadekvatne ohodnocena prace, nesmirne silna korporatni kultura poplacavani se po zadech efektivne eliminujici jakoukoliv konstruktivni kritu; ze zpetneho pohledu az neuveritelne smesna tvrzeni zamestnavatele, ze kuprikladu proto, ze firma koupila sveho nejvetsiho konkurenta, tak si vsichni jeji zamestnanci musi utahnout opasky - az neuveritelne setreni na cemkoliv od cileneho udrzovani otevrenych pracovnich mist (tzn. nuceni soucasnych zamestnancu delat praci i za chybejiciho kolegu), pres neproplaceni prescasu, po neustale dochazejici zakladni kancelarske/kuchynske potreby (bloky,tuzky,caje) s tim, ze na to neni budget; absence i tech nejzakladnejsi a nejpotrebnejsich sluzebnich cest, atd. atd. - jak jsem psal do pozitiv, dobra skola a benchmark, ale spise v tom, ze si clovek uvedomi cenu vlastni prace, a co uz by si nikdy nechtel nechat libit

Kontakt s vyšším manažment byl přístupný i obyčejnému zaměstnanci
vybavenost pracoviště (počítače, ergonomie, ...) nejasné pracovní postupy velká fluktuace a tím pádem ztrata znalostí

Férové jednání ze strany nadřízeného.
Velmi nepříjemná komunikace s leadery jednotlivých oddělení. Mezi odděleními panuje nedůvěra. Tlak na výkon komplikuje vztahy mezi kolegy. Vhodné pro absolventy, kteří nehledají kreativní zaměstnání.

Možnost získat zkušenosti z různých pozic - ve firmě je velmi snadné posunout se na jinou pozici na stejné úrovni. Skvělí kolegové.
Firemní kultura - vizibilita je důležitější než skutečná práce. Spousta tupých "tleskacích meetingů". Vyšší pozice získají spíše jedinci ztotožňující se s danou kulturou bez dostatečných zkušeností než kompetentní jedinci. Cizinci ze západu dostávají vyšší nástupní platy než češi či cizinci z východu, kteří nastupují na stejné pozice.

Kolegové jsou fajn, open bar potěší, ping pong v práci je super.
Nehorázný korporát, brutální byrokracie. Práce a výsledky jsou závislé na spolupráci kolegů z jiných sektorů a ti jsou neskutečně neschopní, až se člověk diví, že tam ještě pracují. Katastrální interní procesy, desítky zbytečných úkonů na dosažení cíle. Mraky zbytečných meetingů o ničem.
