Na zaměstnance je kladeno někdy až příliš pracovních úkolů najednou, což se pak projevuje v celkové nervozitě v pracovním kolektivu a bohužel i na kvalitě práce (nelze stihnout vše ). Člověk musí umět pracovat pod tlakem. Na druhé straně je to dobrá průprava pro další možné zaměstnání u jiné firmy či organizace.
Přijmout více zaměstnanců a rozdělit práci mezi ně rovnoměrně. Velkou motivací pro jejich příjem je i zvýšení nástupních platů. Dále zvýšit snahu o udržení si kvalitních zaměstnanců, kteří z firmy odcházejí jinam.

Zdravá firma s férovým jednáním. Čisté a pěkné prostředí. Ve firmě pracuje hodně lidí dlouhodobě. Bohatá nabídka benefitů.
