Kolektiv mladých lidí, dynamické pracovní prostředí, práce s nejnovějšími motorkami na trhu, možnost jezdit na testovačkách. Poměrně slušná mzda.
Hektická letní sezóna, v zimě málo práce. Těžko skloubit pracovní a osobní život, v sezóně přesčasy.

.. Jinak pro motoristu dobra prace, prijde do styku s novinkami, projede se na novych masinach.
Chaos ve financich, stale se opakovalo jak nejsou penize na pridani na mzdy, ale zbytecne velke naklady nikdo neresi, jako nesmirne draheho marketaka, vydaje na vozovy park atd.

Firma má vizi, jde za ní a pořád se rozvíjí, i když to je někdy fuška.
Někteří kolegové sem chodí jen do práce a nezajímá je budoucnost firmy. To nás brzdí
