Electrowold má jako i jiné společností svojí vnitřní politiku. Osobně mě nevyhovuje, jelikož je to zastaralý a nevyhovuje standartám současnosti. Když někdo nechce nic měním a chce mít stálý základ 12 000 hrubého může nic nedělat jen chodit do práce a vystavovat zboží a učit se komunikativním metodám, které učí zaměstnanec. Komunikovat jako robot mě rozhodně nenaplňuje ale naopak degraduje.
