Super kolegove. Prace, ktera dava smysl. Ceska firma, kde se primo rozhoduje a neplni se jen nepochopitelne ukoly ze zahranicni centraly. Zamestnanci chodi s novymi napady, podili se na vyvoji spolecnosti a na jejim smerovani. Ukoly jsou prakticke a vychazi z realnych potreb spolecnosti.
Firemni akce a vecirky jsou jen nekolikrat za rok.

Samostatnost, pravidelné porady. Pravidelné školení, které zvyšuje erudici do praxe. Velmi pružné řešení provozních záležitosti
Stejně jako všechny obchodní společnosti se setkáváme s nepříjemnostmi na straně provozu, nebo procesů. Co je ale důležité je chuť a rychlost řešení takových záležitostí. Narozdíl od předchozích zkušeností s velkými korporáty jsou tyto záležitosti velmi rychle řešené
