Non-stressful work
Výroba je tedy trošku chaos, ale dá se to. Jinak si myslím, že ostatní oddělení jsou poklidná a není to moc náročná práce. Člověk může většinou v klidu odcházet po 7,5 hodinách. Nejsou potřeba dělat přesčasy. Co se týče kanceláří.

Dostávala jsem odměny za dobře vykonanou práci.A když jsem tam chtěla znovu nastoupit,bylo mi řečeno,že jsem se flákala.
Hodnotí se podle toho,jak kdo podlézá.

Přímá komunikace s akcionáři ,rychle změny a následná implementace, korektnost, důvěra ,pozitivní myšlení při novych projektech,
myslim ze ne ...jen ze je to v ČR 🙂osobně přemýšlím o práci ve Švýcarsku
