Určitě kolektivní semknutí. Porozumění ze strany přímého nadřízeného,tedy mistra. Jednosměnný provoz. Práce v místě bydliště. Příspěvek na stravu a důchodové připojištění. Podnikový lékař v místě bydliště.
Vedení podniku je dost nekolektivní. Finanční ohodnocení mzdy,je v nejnižší úrovni. Neochota vedení,naslouchat zkušeným pracovníkům ve výrobě. Podnik si nedokáže udržet pracovní sílu. Vedení se snaží srážet ceny svých výrobků,na ůkor zaměstnanců,a kvality výroby.

Práce je motivační,měli by toho hódně zlepšovat

Nestabilitou firmy a neustálými změnami strategie společnosti

Letitý šlendrián ve firmě
Jobs for people aged 50+
Protože tam nepanuje vražedné tempo, ale na druhou stranu si tam pracovník ani moc nevydělá. Obě tyto skutečnosti nemusí být pro starší lidi překážkou.

95% zaměstnanců pracuje na ranní směně bez přesčasů.

Příjemný top management, menší firma s počtem lidí do 200, nejste anonymní, sklízíte ne(úspěchy) čistě své práce, velmi starý, nicméně funkční výrobní areál.
