Výplata včas na účtu.
Komunikace na bodu mrazu, neochota vyjít vstříc, arogantní jednání mistra, ze dne na den přehození směny, výplata čím dál horší, benefity žádné.Nekvalifikovaní mistři.Žádná možnost kariérního růstu. Za mě tuhle firmu nedoporučuji!!!

Benefity, není o co stát. Firma nenabízí nic zajímavého, většina "super benefitu" je jinde samozřejmost. Vystupovaní managementu upřímně není to pravé.

Fungoval tam řád dle IATF, měl jsem dobrého nadřízeného od kterého jsem se hodně naučil a díky němu jsem teď tam kde jsem.
Spolupráce s ostatními oddělení (výroba, technologie, HR,..) řešení problémů až na poslední chvíli, nedodržování benefitů..

Výplata chodila včas
Špatné chování nadřízených. Málo nářadí k dispozici.Žádné konzultace pro vylepšení chodu firmy a spokojenosti zaměstnanců. Sprostý nadřízený. Jen 30 minut pauzy na rekonvalescenci. Atd.

Firma s budoucností, zajímavou a ojedinělou technologií, možností cestovat a uplatnit se mezinárodně (i na dělnických pozicích).
Občas je snaha místních lidí zpomalována vedením v zahraničí, jak už to u nadnárodních korporací bývá.
