Vedení naslouchá zpětné vazbě, i když je někdy těžké ji aplikovat. Zvládneme se společně pobavit a popovídat, protože je většina kolegů z okolí a máme společné zájmy. Práce je hodně a nemusíme se o ni bát do budoucna. Ve firmě se najde spousta šikovných profesionálů.
Kvůli množství práce a zakázek není dostatek času na zlepšovací opatření.

Výplata včas na účtu, benefity.
Lepší komunikace s lidmi, kvalitnější strava, oděv a obuv.

Firma nabízí mnohé benefity, zmíněné v každé pracovní nabídce. Činností je unikátní technologie strojírenské výroby. Celkem dobrá dostupnost a slušné odměňování zaměstnanců.
