Nechce usnout na vavřínech. Dovede práci jakéhoko-li zaměstnance ocenit. Záleží mu na rozvoji zaměstnanců. Vytváření dobrých pracovních podmínek a příjemného pracovního prostředí.

Zlepšení vidím u spolupráce a komunikaci mezi marketingem a ochodním oddělením.

Firma dává příležitost mladý lidem a lidem kteří chtějí něco dokázat. Zároveň nezapomíná na své starší zaměstnance.

Vedení společnosti by se mělo více věnovat komunikaci s podřízenými, kteří by tak měli prostor vyjádřit zpětnou vazbu k plnění úkolů.
