Mezinárodní prostředí a možnost spolupracovat s lidmi z celého světa. Neformální a přátelská atmosféra mezi kolegy. Dobré platové ohodnocení, alespoň na poměry jaké jsem doposud zažil u jiných zaměstnavatelů.
Někdy až přílišná dynamičnost a komplexnost struktury společnosti, která vznikla sloučením a akvizicí více společností, ale je to něco na čem firma pracuje a postupně řeší.

Benefity na vysoké úrovni. Platově také zajímavé. Některé pozice umožňují časovou flexibilitu.
IT Management netuší kam směřuje. Společnost se v IT směru nikam neposunuje, velmi vysoká fluktuace zaměstnanců. Velmi nízká úroveň seberealizace, častý mikromanagement, firma najímá experty jejichž názoru nenaslouchá.

Zajímavé benefity - cafeteria, příspěvek na penzijní pojištění, stravenky 100,-, sic days. Vánoční večírek Roční bonus Příležitostné odměny za extra úkoly - nutné dopředu odsouhlasit
nerovnoměrné rozdělení práce v týmu, žádné vedení lidí, neřešení problémů. nevhodné pro začínající, větší praxe v oboru nutná nerespektování času - nedochvilnost nadřízených
Freedom and independence
Neexistují standardní procesy - záleží tak na příslušném účetním, jak si ty které procesy nastaví. Účetní je odpovědný za celou entitu od A do Z, tj. včetně reportingu, statutárního auditu a auditu ve skupině. Velký důraz je kladen na profesionální zkušenosti z oboru.
Varied work
Jde o komplexní agendu. Jeden se člověk hrabe v daních, další den třeba řeší penze a nakonec skončí u reportingu. Každý den je jiný. Nejde jen o klasickou účetní pozici, jsou zde aspekty i daňového poradenství nebo zkušenosti z auditu.

Very smooth onboarding process and the benefits are excellent. Working environment looks pretty amazing as well so far.
My role and responsibilities are a bit unclear but I guess we will find it as we go along.

Velká flexibilita a volnost, možnost růstu a různorodé práce. Možnost ovlivnit fungování společnosti.
Řízení IT organizace je méně strategické a firemní kultura spíše chaotická, chybí procesy a jasné zodpovědnosti.

Mezitýmová komunikace je skvělá, nikdo nesnižuje ostatní. Všichni chápou, že máme společný cíl a tak mezi sebou nevedou zbytečné spory.
